a) When Visiting the Website (Hosting)
 Our website is hosted by the provider ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

 Our online booking system and vacation rental management are provided via the platform Smoobu GmbH, Torstraße 161, 10115 Berlin, Germany. When you submit an availability inquiry, make a booking, or contact us via the integrated contact form, the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, phone number, desired travel dates, payment information) is processed and stored directly by Smoobu. Smoobu acts as our data processor within the framework of a corresponding agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The processing of your data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of pre-contractual measures or the rental contract. For payment processing, we use the service providers Stripe and PayPal via Smoobu. Payment data is transmitted directly to this payment provider; we do not receive complete payment information (such as credit card numbers).

c) Direct Contact
 If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the inquiry) to handle your request. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures/request) or our legitimate interest in communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
