House Rules for Vacation Apartments

Dear Guests,

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules during your stay.
 These house rules are a binding part of the rental agreement in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

1. Arrival and Departure (Check-in / Check-out)
• Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
 • Check-out takes place between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Please close all windows and doors and leave the keys inside the apartment.
 • Deviations from these time windows require prior written agreement with us.

2. Quiet Hours
(in accordance with the state law of Baden-Württemberg)
 To ensure peaceful coexistence, the following quiet hours must be strictly observed:

• Afternoon quiet time: from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
 • Nightly quiet time: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
 • Sundays and public holidays are to be observed as full-day quiet periods.
 Please avoid loud noises during these times (loud conversations on the balcony/terrace, loud music, running washing machines, etc.).

3. Guests & Visitors
 • The vacation apartment may only be occupied by the persons registered at the time of booking.
 • According to our GTC (clause 6), the apartment is designed for a maximum of 3 adults. Children from the age of 6 are counted as full guests.
 • Our apartment is designed for a quiet and relaxing stay for guests aged 6 and above. We kindly ask for your understanding that, for safety and furnishing reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate toddlers and infants.
 • Overnight visitors are not permitted and always require the prior written approval of the landlord.
 • Please always be considerate of the neighbors. 4. Smoking & Pets
 • All interior spaces of the vacation apartment and the building are strictly non-smoking areas. Smoking is only permitted on your own balcony or terrace. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays. • Bringing pets into the apartment or onto the property is not permitted.

5. Events & Noise
 • Holding parties, celebrations, or other events in the apartment or on the property is prohibited.
 • A "party/event" is defined as any use that goes beyond the usual stay of a family or small group and leads to increased noise or a higher number of people.

6. General Information & Damages
 • Please treat the furnishings and inventory with care.
 • We ask you to report any damages or defects in the apartment or its equipment to us immediately.
 • In case of lost keys, a replacement fee of 150.00 euros (one hundred and fifty euros) will be charged.
 • When leaving the apartment, please ensure that heating is turned down, water taps are closed, and electrical appliances (except the refrigerator) are switched off.

7. Important Note on Violations
In the event of serious or repeated violations of these house rules – particularly regarding quiet hours or the party ban – we reserve the right, after a prior warning, to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect, without any entitlement to a refund of the rent.
